I need a label designed for food packaging

We are changing our packaging of our food product and want to have a new label designed. There will be a label for the front of the package with the product name, style and our company logo. On the reverse we will need another label detailing the product information, such as ingredients, allergy info and a space at the bottom of the label where we can run the label through a printer and print the expiry date, batch number etc. I have attached an example of these labels, along with our own company logo and information.
