I need a hand drawn picture done for an article I am writing

Description: I am writing an article on Sheela na Gigs for an archaeological magazine and need a drawing done. It should be something similar to the picture provided but not exact as I do not want to be pulled for copywriting. It also needs to have a sheela na gig in the background but as to the specifics I'm not sure yet.

I need an imaginative person who can give me ideas of what they would like to do with it as I am preoccupied with the writing!
