I need 2D Screenshots turned into a 3D model

A mini model of a crystal cave level from the Donkey Kong Country video game - it's a background diorama for a terrarium that needs to have depth so that it protrudes outwards so that the whole piece (complete with the entrance cave, aqua & white topped crystal ledges, and blue & purple crystal clusters) is like a mini model of that level.

I need the 2D screenshots turned into a 3D model, ready to be 3D printed & cast in the write textures/colours
