Hiring Manga Artist for Multiple Concept Art Pieces

I am looking to hire some artists to help with concept art for a story I am creating. Before hiring someone, I will need to see quality examples of high quality artwork. The manga art style I am looking for will be similar to SOLO LEVELING, a korean manga. Please look up SOLO LEVELING art style before contacting me so you have a good idea of the style and if you can do art in a similar style.

I will have lots of concept pieces that I will need done. I have more complete descriptions of the concepts written down. I will likely hire multiple artists to do concept art. The $2000 budge reflects that. I am looking to spend between $100-200 per concept art piece depending on how many hours it takes. Non-color, for now. I may want to color these at a later date for additional payment.

1) Concept of a lion (standing 10 ft tall at the shoulder) with wings.
2) Concept art for several main characters.
3) Concept art for complex cityscape with floating pieces of the city
4) Concept art for flying/floating ships
5) Concept art for combat scenes

If things go well, I may hire for additional projects, but that is beyond the scope of this project.
