Food package design required

We manufacture and supply 100% wholegrain ground wheat, oat,rice and maize products. Our target audience would be the big chain supermarkets, commercial bakers and other wholesalers. For the consumer buyer the wording should be "Oat meal" why the commercial packaging would be "Oat flour" same for the wheat product.

I want a design that would incorporate the natural colours of oat and wheat product, their golden yellow, Yellow Ochre, brown, same goes for the other products. Note that any design done will be printed on transparent polyethylene bags.
