Digital Photo Artist Wanted

I am looking for somebody who can create a really high-quality digital abstract art effect image from a photo of my dog (attached).

The image needs to be of sufficient quality to print at 3m x 2.5m and you must be able to see under the abstract effects that this is my dog.

I have attached a couple fo example images also for your consideration, although I am open to ideas. I am particularly open to replicating this image in tiny squares to create a larger version of the original image.

What i dont want is a large higher-resolution of the same image. It has to be something with a bit style that can be hung on a large wall as a focal point.
