Design a Label (Front and back) for a ketchup bottle + 3D Mockup

I need to design front and back label of a ketchup bottle with my own logo "piya".
I have attached the dieline cutout where you have to design within that shape.
I have attached a sample artwork which shows the sizing.
I have attached a artwork of HAYAT ketchup, because I need my design to be similar like hayat colours (YELLOW background"with red). I wil also send you pictures of
1. Burger
2. Fries
3. Salad

I need these three images to be shown on the front label illustration.


I need final 3D illustration to show how the bottle would look like front and back, with a shrink sleeve covering the lid/cap
