Cover Art - B/W - Sin City, Hartigan Style

I'm looking for an artist that can create a strong black and white cover image for a book. This will need to be finished in two weeks. We will need:
1) Rough Sketch
2) Pencils
3) Fully inked
All parts can be digital we just want to make sure that the art is moving in the correct direction.

Project fee is negotiable.

Please include SAMPLES that are applicable to this project as I do not have time to browse portfolios of all applications.
