Concept Art / Illustration / Sketches needed

Hello Guys,
Our little project needs illustrators and/or graphic artists.
We try to develop a fantasy graphic novel and need to have sketches of sites/places in the story.
A couple sample sketches were attached to this call (mainly from the Fallout 3). We need that design, sort of raw material but proportional and with a stunning look.
All in all, we need 16 one-page pic, the budget is flexible (but not that much as we are not funded by Bethesda) :D
The details will be later announced, when we hopefully have the best applicants.
All level entries are accepted, from beginner to expert, we just need enthusiasm and artistic vein.
