Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: Not sure
Information for the business: We design labels for Wine and Beer industry
Industry: Food and Beverage
Target audience: Aspirational Wine drinkers
Messages to communicate through the design: This particular design concept focuses on the "Sundial" the Brand of wine is called "Sunterra"...Our client has already accepted the Sundial theme. They like our basic design of the label but don't care for the colors we used. Too bold and not elegant enough. So we are good with 97% of what we have currently.
Details about the product: Same design for the white wine label as the red wine label
Ideas for the visual style: Reduce the strong colors on both Red and white wine labels. Merlot and Chardonnay
Things to avoid: Dont get too far away from current design. Client has settled on the design its now about getting away from such a bold look...more elegant
Preferred colors: Merlot/Blue...Chardonnay currently green...could go yellow
Urls to draw inspiration from: Sunterrawines.com
Extra notes: I just lost my artist of many years in the middle of this Label project. The Client (my client) is good with the design work. She wants the bold colors to change. I will need the artist we choose to take the AI. files we have and create (6) new color variations. (3) for the blue Merlot and (3) for the Chardonnay. Must be mindful if you get too far off the design she likes it could start a possible redo...I don't want that. If you go to the Sunterrawines.com web site you will see the Sundial line. Again the Merlot and the Chardonnay are the two that she has picked to invest in. I'm open on what you do for the variations...I have some ideas but I want to see what you come up with...I have ongoing projects and if this works out I can certainly use good talent on future projects.
