Beach bag design

Seeking a talented designer to create a captivating design for a canvas beach bag. The bag is royal blue, so the design should predominantly feature white text with the option for incorporating four colors for printing. The design should capture the essence of a much loved beach / holiday resort and be inspired by the attached image.

The wording should be "Life's a beach in Cala d' Or." The print area size is approximately 280 x 320 inches (see supplier details attached).
