We need DIGITAL IMAGES produced of a NEWLY BUILT HOUSE

Good morning,

We need digital imagery done for a new build home and it's rooms. We need the images in 72 hours.

We will provide internal floor plans and external design plans to base the Digital/CGI images on.

The outcome we're looking for;

- Professionally finished images which illustrate how the home will look inside and outside after it is built.

- Accurate room sizes to be illustrated based on internal floor plans provided.

- Internal images to show furnishings, fixtures and fittings (sofas, furniture, bathroom fittings, bedroom furniture, etc). We will provide sample images of tiles, flooring and fittings to make the CGI images as accurate as possible to the finished home. A 3D floor plan of the downstairs and upstairs.

- External images to show the house itself and outside areas such as back garden/terrace. Also a 3D birdseye image of the plot with house and garden.

- Total 4 internal rooms which include, 1 open-plan living room/kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom and 1 loft room.

Images needed:
- 2 image of the bedroom showing different angles

- 2 image of the bathroom showing different angles

- 1 image of the upstairs room

- 2 images of the open plan lounge/kitchen area showing the whole area and it's features

- 2 images showing the 3d layout/floor plan of the upstairs and downstairs

- 2 image of the external front and side of the house

- 1 image of the external back garden area

- 1 image showing an external birds eye view of the plot
