Vectorworks CAD Technician — Victorian House Refurb

We are a London architectural practice looking for an experienced Vectorworks technician to produce a GA package for a residential refurbishment of a Victorian terraced house in London. Modest in scale but detailed, and we need it done properly. We have full survey information in hand with all plans, sections and all internal room elevations as existing and external elevations. The task is to quickly translate sketch plans to GA plans followed by working up internal elevations.

Scope of work

Stage 1 — First pass GA set (2 day / 10 hours max)

Plans, sections and elevations at appropriate scales
Set up in our template with our layers, classes and sheet layers
Using our CAD blocks and furniture elements throughout — no substitutions

Stage 2 — Internal elevations to follow GA set

Full set of internal elevations across the refurbished areas
Working through a series of markups and amendments issued by us, with quick turnaround on each round

What we need from you

Strong, demonstrable Vectorworks experience (not AutoCAD converts) — comfortable with classes, sheet layers, viewports and title blocks
Accurate, disciplined drafting — our standards are tight and consistency matters more than speed alone
UK residential experience, ideally with period property refurbishment
Availability to start Monday and to sustain a fast pace through the amendment rounds
Responsive on WhatsApp/email during working hours

Rate and terms
Happy to pay well for fast, accurate work. Please quote either a day rate or a fixed price for the first-pass GA set, plus your rate for subsequent amendment rounds. Ongoing work likely for the right person.
