To do:
1. Make existing DWG file of the building I have attached into a full planning application which includes; Double side extension + Front extension double + Dormer + increase in ridge height = £50 if you can do in 3D that would be great.
2. Make the garages of 60 sqm into a conceptual small house = £50 if you can do in 3D that would be great.
Work with my planning consultant / architect to amend and send to planning department.
