TWO storey Building

I have a vacant, compact lot and I’m ready to turn it into a concrete-built, general-purpose workshop. To give my local builder everything they need, I’m looking for a full drawing package—clean, accurate, and ready for council submission and on-site execution. Scope
• Produce scaled architectural drawings covering site layout, floor plan, elevations, roof plan and basic structural details.
• Integrate three key zones: storage, a generous workbench area and a modest enclosed office.
• Work in concrete as the primary material; foundations and wall sections should reflect that choice.
• Keep the overall footprint efficient—this workshop has to sit comfortably on a small parcel of land while still flowing well inside. What I’ll provide
• Exact lot dimensions, setbacks and local code notes once we start.
• My sketches and a list of equipment to help you size the workbench and storage zones correctly. Ideal output 1. PDF set ready to hand to the builder. 2. Editable CAD file (DWG or similar) for any later tweaks. 3. A brief specification sheet listing materials, slab thickness, door/window schedules and any structural notes. Acceptance Drawings must be to scale, dimensioned, and coordinated across all views; the builder should be able to break ground without chasing missing details.
