Student accommodation layout

Looking for an architect to provide floor plans to maximise the number of bedrooms in an existing building. Will require dwg and pdf drawings. The exterior of the building cannot be altered. It is LG+G+5. Looking to reposition a serviced apartments GIA 52,000 sqft into 275 individual units measuring 150 sqft with ensuite. Also need to have communal areas (kitchen) and commercial area.
