Site Plan + Streetscape

This multi-faceted project involves landscape and architectural design elements to visually present planned developments. The first component is to enhance a site plan illustration with colors to differentiate currently built homes outlined in red from available homes and lots. Text will also be removed from the bottom of the plan for a cleaner look. Re positioning the compass rose to the bottom right corner will improve the layout. Once optimized, this revised site plan will feature in a PowerPoint presentation.

An example of a preferred aesthetic has been provided to emulate for Phase 1. Additional phases are contemplated as the development progresses. Skillful colorization integrating the client's visions will help buyers visualize how the expanding community will take shape.

A parallel task involves visualizing potential additions to an existing streetscape. A Google Street View image provides the existing context which must be augmented with 3D models of Ryan Townhomes. Renderings of the townhome designs have been supplied but their exteriors need adjusting to harmonize with the surrounding structures as preferred by the client.

The goal is to generate a composite image of Beach Air Drive displaying the Ryan Townhomes inserted into vacant lots. This composite view will help currently residing homeowners envisage how cohesively the new townhomes will integrate amongst existing properties once constructed.

While source materials are limited, creative design abilities can overcome constraints to satisfy the client's request. Once you accept the project, I can load more information.
