Simple CAD drawing

I require 2 simple drawings for planning purposes floor plan
pre-development and post-development

1; if an agricultural garage-type building pre works 3 walls front elevation open garage door for large agricultural machine
2: finished building with alterations compleated

i attached the compleated drawing which i need redrawing to better quality with the aim of being accepted by authorities

scale shouk be 1:50 or 1:100
5 metres x 4.8 metres

the CAD drawing should be correct dimensions and to the appropriate scale
