Revit BIM Modeling for Architectural & Structural Project

We are seeking a proficient BIM/Revit designer with specialized expertise in Architectural and Structural modeling for an upcoming project. The responsibilities include developing comprehensive 3D BIM models in Revit, adhering to Levels of Development (LOD) 300-350, and generating detailed plans, sections, elevations, and fundamental construction drawings. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate levels, grids, families, and parameters are established. Optional skills in clash detection using Navisworks would be advantageous. Candidates should possess substantial experience with Autodesk Revit, a solid grasp of BIM standards, and the ability to interpret drawings, PDFs, or CAD files meticulously. Attention to detail and punctuality are paramount. This initial task may evolve into a longer-term freelance opportunity, contingent upon the quality of work delivered.
