Restaurant Outdoor Seating Arrangment

Information for the business: we are a F&B establishment sell sweets, savory, chocolate, coffee, drinks, and desserts

Design details: - It will be an outdoor seating area design
- details are in the autocad drawing of the whole plaza
- main purpose of this design is to propose to the plaza an alternative to the empty open space next to our shop. We would like it to be segregated into two seating arrangements. One is enclosed with 1.5 meter wall, and have some windows to open up the space. Any other ideas would be welcomed. The other space can be open or segregated with some plant pots, or anything else.
- we would appreciate utilizing the plaza design in the proposal, rather than utilizing our own shop design
- Pictures are attached to our current shop in order to get ideas on how to develop the seating arrangement or seating area
- Design should take in consideration:
1. Ease of installation
2. Cost effective
3. Ability to remove all items without destruction to the place or our assets
4. Insuring theme of the plaza


Please consider the following in your offer:
1. total cost as lump sum, not per hour basis
2. final design should be submitted in CAD and PDF formats
3. estimated time of completion
4. simple sketch of what you will be developing for us
