Residential Layout Design (one floor of house)

I am currently renovating a Victorian terraced house in London to live in with my family (wife and 2 young children).

The renovation will include a loft conversion with 2 dormer windows, where I want to include a utility room, family bathroom, and 2 children's bedrooms.

We are happy with the proposed layout for the ground and first floor. I would like a few layout options for the top floor. It is completely unbuilt so we can move walls anywhere, change the window sizes and positions or make slight adjustments to the staircase.

The top floor needs to inclide

- bathroom: space for bath, toilet and basin. Spacious enough to comfortably bath 2 children with good access to bath (i.e.not right next to toilet).

- utility room: needs to accommodate an under counter washing machine, under counter tumble dryer and under counter boiler, small amount of worktop and space to dry clothes. A window would be great.

- 2 x children's bedrooms 7.5 sqm - 10 sqm each.

- I would also like to try including a shared 'dressing room' for the children where we can store their clothes and perhaps have changing table / nappy bin, rather than having cupboards in both of their bedrooms. The idea is that with a dressing room, we can store all of the children's clothes in one place, go in at night and unpack washing, pack for weekends away etc without having to do this in their bedrooms. The dressing room could be between the bedrooms with both of the bedrooms leading off it, or separate. It doesn't need to have a window.

I have attached PDF floor plans and elevations / sections. I will send DWG's when I have obtained them from the architect who drew them.
