Our primary goal is to future-proof the space by transforming our integral garage into a functional ground-floor bedroom, complete with a modern shower facility. Furthermore, we aim to extend the rear of the property with an elegantly designed 5m x 3.5m orangery, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in residential renovations and a discerning eye for design, ensuring seamless integration of new features into our home. The garage is not included in the floor plan but is conveniently attached at the kitchen level, with the rear entrance door flush against the back of the house.
