Realistic 3D House Exterior & landscape design with 360° Video

I'm looking for a professional and creative 3D designer or architect to develop a full exterior and landscape design for a 3200m² sloped plot located on a hilltop.
This project will include realistic 3D renders and a 360° walkthrough video to fully visualize the space before implementation.

Although the construction on site will be done in phases over time (due to budget), the entire design project should be completed soon so (1 month) I can plan and work gradually with a clear vision.

Scope of Work:

-Full 3D design of the house exterior (facades, finishes, textures, colors, materials, decor)
-Boundary walls and entrance design (considering aesthetics and privacy)
-Complete landscape design:
Layout of garden, paths, outdoor zones
Plant/tree/flower selection that looks beautiful across all four seasons
Focus on low-maintenance and harmonious combinations

Design that respects:
Sloped terrain
Hilltop wind exposure
Sun orientation
Privacy

-Integration of some ideas I already have, but open to suggestions
-Realistic 3D renders from multiple key angles (house, garden, views, etc.)
-A 360° walkthrough or video animation showing the project in context
-Revisions

The overall decor concept combines organic, rustic, and modern elements, creating a homestead-inspired atmosphere. The project includes several functional zones, as well as dedicated areas for small animals such as ducks, dwarf goats, and rabbits.

I will provide:
-Reference/inspiration images
-Info about the location, sun and wind exposure
-Ideas and feedback throughout the process

Budget: €550
This is my full budget for the complete design (including all renders and video).
