Re do interior floorplan

I want to modify this floorplan as follows
Key Modifications

Expand the living space by absorbing part of the current outdoor area.

2. Garage Connection
Connect the currently detached garage to the main house structure.
This will create additional usable indoor space and improve flow.
3. Rear Layout Redesign
Redesign the entire back section to include:

A compact service bedroom (for live-in help or guests)
4. Front Entrance
Install a closed gate system for privacy and security.
Consider an aesthetic, modern gate design that complements the house style.
