Radio Studio Mockup/Design

Hello, we have two rooms that we are planning on transforming into live radio studios. I have some brief photos and measurements, we're looking for someone to take all the information I have (which is limited) and put together a brief mockup of how we could transform the rooms.

Ideally the candidate will be well versed in designing music/radio studio environments and be able to provide us with good quality mockups so we can pass these to our potential landlord.
