Hi,
With one of my properties I intend on doing some building work. With this in mind, I am in need of plans that will be used to guide the builders.
This is a continuation of an ongoing project, i've been undertaking for a number of years, yet this time I require a plan before I go any further.
The core role I would need you to assist with are the following:
a) I can provide measurements. This can be done in a way that suits us both.
b) you will be required to do the necessary searches to uncover the legal, environmental and planning constraints
c) an understanding of the UK planning system, specifically Manchester City Council would be of great assistance
d) an understanding of permitted development rules and regulations as I am intending on utilising those
