Planning drawings

Hi, I do different planning applications and i'm looking to work with architectural consultants on various projects.

I have an immediate requirement for a planning application for a new driveway entrance (planning consultant has mapped it out on planning portal map). Just need drawing showing new entrance with visability splay. and also an application for the erection of a shed on the same property. The property is a listed building so planning is required for this as its not covered by permitted development rights.
