Plan of sub diversion of land for small agri plots, site map,

I have a plot of land which currently stands divided into three large fields.

I would like a total re-design of two of these large fields and made into agricultural micro-plots which will be sub-let to potential start up enterprises for small businesses.
Each plot size would be approx. 3x 1acre (10x 24m/13m)
My vision is to see each plot divided and separated my trees and shrubs to give depth, structure, and privacy to each of the plots which will be used for anything from small holding of animals to saw logs and organic vegetable plots for example.

I would like two differing versions or examples of how you see it and each would need 4 formats as below,

The carpark is allocated on the site map, the entrance gate is already there however the exit gate must be designed as this is an addition and will require planning permission. The carpark should measure approx. 460sq meters.

The first version can be flexible to give us a feel for the space and potential of the area.
The second version we may add more plots and be more precise on subdivision and entrance and exits and tree planting plan I would also like to see polly tunnels and sheds/units, fruit cages vegetable beds laid out in this version, you will need to consider the prevailing wing which is from the west. (second version to be worked on after I have seen first version).
