Photo Realistic 3D Renders Of Two Properties

Hello,

I have architectural drawings floor plans, elevations and site plan for two houses ( size circa 350 sq m each unit) and require a competent designer to provide fixed price and cost effective quote for the production of two Photo Realistic 3D Renders front and two rear images of both houses together for marketing materials.

I am looking for super 3D photorealistic designs please and have attached an example of the type of quality I am looking for.

I am not willing to provide my budget for this work, nor will you be authorised to use any information I may provide to you for any purpose other than for this assignment.
