New construction in Italy

We bought an old house in Italy, which we want to knock down and rebuild in a modern, but still Italian style. With AI you can create a lot of images, but I would like to have an architectural drawing with more or less the same base of the current house, reused the stones for the walls combined with wood and big windows and a terrace on the first floor, where the kitchen and living area should be. The rooms (4) should be below with 2 en-suite and a separate bathroom. The base is 10m x 10m and in the basement we think of having a gym, a cellar and other amenities.
