Modern Interior Design ( Top Cert only)

We are SINAN Real-Estate company that was established in 2011 and has become one of the successful companies in the real-estate development field where we have multiple projects all over the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
However, we would like to have an interior design to develop and achieve a modern, outstanding and sustainable design for the following:
- Design for mock up unit
- Design for the door
- Design for the reception
- Design for the lounge
- Design for the entrance area of the basement
Note: If you have experience in hardscape and landscape we can discuss this issue.
Finally, we would like to have an estimation of the total cost and the time that will be taken to finish the design
