I am looking for someone to create a marketing brochure for a small New Build houses development.
I have some photos and 3D design together with the floor plans details in PDF format.
So I will need to create some new 3D design (Rendering) and external 3D design together with all the wording and full brochure.
A layout plan need to be created with all the internal furniture etc... And also creating a video to walking through the project.
