Make changes to house extension plan

Hello,
I am looking for make changes an existing architectural plan for a house extension. The original design was rejected by the local authority due to a number of issues and I need to make changes.
Main tasks:
Roof: Replace flat roof with a sloping roof,
the pitch of the main house roof is unknown, but is approximately 30 to 40 degrees, 35 degrees may be in the roof extension plan,
Setbacks:
Increase the setback from the neighbour's fence from 25 cm to 80 cm.
Adjust the setback of the first floor on the other side to 700 mm from 900 mm.
Second floor: Keep the second floor flush with the main wall of the house, without any setbacks.
Change the name of the kitchen to utility room
on the second floor, change bedroom name to storage room
There is no longer storage room in the attic
Reusing an old plan: The existing plan can be used as a basis, with adjustments made to it, which should make the job easier.
