Luxury kitchen design

We are looking to appoint a designer that specialises in kitchen design for a residential, four bed family home.

We need an expert that understands how kitchens function, how they are used and can create an imaginative design to make best use of the space.

The designer chosen must be able to demonstrate a portfolio of 3d renders, plans and sections all with detailed drawings for manufacture by others. Electrical and services (water and waste) must be located for others to include in the m&e design package.

We will provide sizes and type of all appliances to be included in the design. Appliances to be included: large American free standing fridge freezer, integral warming drawer, coffee machine, combi microwave/oven, steam oven, two 600mm x 600mm hobs on an island unit.

DWG files will be provided for you to create the 'kitchen design' layer for use in the other plans making up the BIM portfolio.
