I am seeking a skilled CAD drafter to conduct a physical survey of my property in NW10, London, and create precise CAD plans for a planning application. The current layout is a modest three-bedroom house with two reception rooms. I require detailed drawings that illustrate both the existing layout and the proposed changes for a change of use to a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).
