Looking for a suitably qualified architect for a loft conversion extension on a detached house.
The extension will include a bedroom and a shower area and need architectural drawings for Certificate of Lawfulness application, and Building Regulations drawings. I require an architect with experience of load bearing walls and can advise changes if required.
The house in located in East Midlands UK and will require at least two site visit to understand the exact requirements and to ensure builder is following the specification.
