Kitchen layout and design

We have a galley kitchen & conservatory that we want to remodel, to make it feel more spacious.

We have 3 options that we would like to explore.

1. Redesign the interior layout to make it feel more spacious
2. Redesign the interior layout, knock down the conservatory and replace with a wider glass structure
3. Knock down the conservatory and extend the kitchen and merge it with the dining room to create a larger space

We are looking for 3d designs and floor plans for each of the options. I am looking for a fixed fee for the work.

Attached is a brief, measurements, and photos of the existing space. I can provide more photos/videos/measurements as required.

How much would it cost to create these?
