Kitchen design with plan view and 3D visuals

Looking for inspiration on how to make best use of a small and awkward space kitchen which is in much need of modernisation.

We want the renovation to be as straightforward as possible and so sink, appliances, cooker, doors and windows need to be kept in same locations. The more storage the better and a slightly separated area to eat and watch TV is preferred. All other design features/styles are open to suggestion within the design.
