Interior Design, Visualisation & 3D Renderings

Provide interior design visualisation and rendering based on images and videos of reference houses. We will provide the architecture drawing plans and a list of materials for the internal finishes. You will copy the design of the reference houses. Some designs may need to be altered depending on the material and budget. You will add furniture and fittings, as well as some other elements, to the design. Your creativity may be needed for the additional elements and design. You must provide the final rendering images. The soft copy files must also be provided in the format of the program that you use, which can be edited.

The house is approximately 6500 square feet (ca. 604 m²), two-storey with terraces and balconies. A master bedroom, 3 main bedrooms, a guest bedroom and a housemaid room, a multipurpose room, bathrooms, an office, a living room, a dining and family hall, a guest room, a pantry, wet and dry kitchen.
