Interior Design, Spatial Planning, Concept Boards & 2D Renders

We are looking at spatial planning and interior design for what we regard as the primary areas (as named on the plans) of the property:
• GF - Kitchen (inc. breakfast + family room)
• GF - Utility
• GF - Living
• GF - Hall
• FF - Landing
• FF - Master suite (inc. dressing + bathroom)
• GF/FF - Stairs

We would be looking for floor plans, concepts, room renders & product schedules.

In terms of fitted furniture & product procurement, we have our own team of sub-contractors that we like to use for kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke joinery etc.

We are looking for all designs & concepts to be detailed enough that suppliers can manufacture safe in the knowledge that we know the correct finishes.

Our client is looking for a relaxing, but warm feeling to flow through their home. Almost spa like in essence.
They are fans of the current trend of classic contemporary.
