Interior Design of Conversion from Village Shop to Houses

Information on the business: We are property developers
Design details: We are going to be converting a former village shop into two four-bedroomed houses. An architectural design is done already, with the building layout shown. The next stage is to make decisions on lighting, finishing, colours, furnishings etc.

It would be highly beneficial to be able to visit the site near Swindon, SN15 4EL to see the building and advise on the potential to reuse existing period features. If a remote designer is selected then we will send pictures and video to show you the spaces as they are now.

Starting point:
Architect's 2D CAD files of layout.
Photographs, video or site visit showing features to be retained.
A design brief of the basic style required.

Deliverables:
Detailed drawings of room layouts including kitchens and bathrooms (2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, 8 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and ancillaries).
Suggestions of products for lighting, finishing and furnishing - with strong consideration being given to cost.
Details of finishes for walls and floors on drawings.

Optional deliverables:
3D renders of key spaces (2 kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms) for visualisation and marketing.
Ideas for the visual style: A contemporary design incorporating original features.
Things to avoid: Bits of twig for four grand, overpriced carpet, specially imported orchids - you get the idea.
