Interior design of a New Co-Working Building

I would like to convert a residential building into a co-working area

I will share a 2d floor plan and I would like to receive a 3d floor plan for each floor of the building which has 4 floors. (total 330 mq+ a little garden). In each floor I would like to see business furnitures like:
- first floor (basement) will be open space and it has to have coworking desks (as much as you can), and you can also add some fornitures on the garden as a break area. it will have also the restroom and a meeting room on the left (instead of the gym)
- second floor (it has the entrance) will be open space and it has to have coworking desks with also a Welcome Desks dedicated to a secretary
- third floor will have 2 restrooms as designed, 3 meeting rooms, with meeting desk, TV for presentations...
- Fourth floor will be open space and it has to have coworking desks (as much as you can). We need to understand if confirm the restroom or if we don't have enough space use that space for voworking

At the end I would like to understand if it make sense to change the building purpose from residential to business (co working area), how many workers I would accomodate..
