Interior Design for Guests and Living Areas

Greetings,

I would like to identify interior designers to whom I can subcontract specific interior design work from my clients, each time through PPH.

I am interested in dealing with a few specific designers with whom I create an understanding on the work methodology, design styles, and design fees.

I am ready to award through this project post interior design work for a specific guests reception area in a small villa.

Interested designers are requested to also indicate in which of the following design styles they are excellent and experienced AND MUST PRESENT LINKS TO DESIGN WORK done by the designer related to that design style:
1. Modern
2. Contemporary
3. Scandinavian

The required scope for each design work that I will award includes:

1. Developing a Material Board that is to include all elements proposed by the designer prior to proceeding with the design work. The board will be discussed and revised as needed.

2. Modifying the 2D floor plan as needed to adjust the locations and/or styles of the windows, doors, walls, etc. (I will provide the 2D Autocad file for this purpose).

3. Creating 3D renderings for the zone covering all walls and views and revising as needed to reach the final.

4. Creating a 360 degree panorama rendering that can be viewed through apps such as TurnMe Panaroma and revising as needed to reach the final.

5. Creating the following Shop Drawings based on the final approved design:
a. Elevation drawings for the wall and window treatments
b. Furniture Plan
c. Lighting Plan
d. Ceiling Plan

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BECOMING A DESIGNER WITH WHOM I REGULARY WORK, please:
1. Indicate which of the above mentioned design styles you are capable of
2. Present evidence from your past work, and
3. Quote a price for the above scope for the first project which is for a guests reception area that is approximately 7m x 5m plus a sinks/toilet area.
