Interior Design for Apartment Living Area

Greetings,

I would like to partially refurbish an existing apartment and wish to receive interior design for:
Living/Dining Area
Balcony
2 Bathrooms
Corridor

I wish to make the apartment look like an upper scale penthouse. I will provide Autocad (dwg) file for the apartment and videos of current situation.

REQUIRED DELIVERABLES:
1. Four (4) 3D renderings for the Living/Dining Area & Corridor
2. Three (3) 3D renderings for the Balcony
3. Two (2) 3D renderings for each of the two bathrooms (total 4 renderings)
4. 3D Video animation for all the above sections

I would like to re-use the current Living/Dining Area furniture however with new fabrics according to the new interior design (to save cost).

REQUIRED WORK METHODOLOGY & TIMETABLE:
1. Initial mood board (1st submission) (within 3 days after project award)
2. Final mood board (after a process of revisions and iterations satisfying all my comments) (within 6 days after project award)
3. Initial 3D modeling screenshots for Living/Dining Area (within 10 days after project award)
4. Initial 3D modeling screenshots for Balcony and Bathrooms (within 13 days after project award)
5. Final 3D modeling screenshots for all areas (after a process of revisions and iterations (within 18 days after project award)
6. Initial 3D rendering of all approved 3D modeling screenshots (within 20 days after project award)
7. Final 3D renderings after fixing observations that were not previously noticed (within 22 days after project award)
8. 3D animation video (within 25 days after project award)

Interested freelancers are requested to submit along with their offers their best 4 examples of interior design work that most relate to this work.
