Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
We have 2D CADs (DWGs) of the floor plans with furniture, and elevations of each room to be updated, excluding 'dressing room' which needs to have elevation views drawn from scratch.
To support, there are hand sketches and some renders from a competitor company quoting furniture, which we can use as a basis and template for our plans.
Docs can be downloaded here > https://1drv.ms/u/s!AkxwOwZtN2rnoTHu8bLjMqQ2eVPi
Bar (update existing elevation views):
- shelves to suit 12x bottles each, reducing the width of the central bay
- lower right hand bottle store to suit magnums
- glass shelves to be height adjustable
- remove drawers
- no slim wine racks either side of fridge
- no mirrors behind wine rack (but keep in central bay)
- make integral to room, i.e. continue skirting and cornice around furniture to appear built-in
- height to suit room (dimension tba)
Study (update existing elevation views):
- desk arrangement as per latest CAD (not the attached sketch)
- builtin in cupboards to include skirting and cornice
- 3x cupboards to house AV equipment
- doors and panelling as per attached photo
- cupboards all same height (not split level as shown in the hand drawn sketch)
- shelves within cupboards to suit 2x box files high (approx 375mm each?)
Studio second floor (update existing elevation views):
- pull down bed: mattress 1800mm wide, so actual space will need to be nearer 2m wide
- niches to remain, but doors to cover from the front (i.e. no blank panel), as per renders attached
- no shelves above bed
- door panelling to match renders
- left hand cupboard to have 2x hanging rails + shelf at top
- right hand cupboards: left half for evening dresses (full height/ 1x hanging rail) + shelf over
right half, shelves for jumpers etc
- ceiling height and slope tba
Bed3 (update existing elevation views):
- no curtain
- as per render attached
- built in with skirting and cornice
- no curved edges - keep square on corners
- side section depths now 450mm
Bed2 (update existing elevation views):
- remove side bookshelf
- as per render but built into skirting and cornice + 3x drawers
Bed5 (update existing elevation views):
- 3x lower drawers
- as per render + built into skirting (no cornice)
- roofline as per render - dims tba
Dressing room (new elevation views from scratch, using supplied renders as template/ basis):
- as per renders, built into skirting and cornice
- no rounded edges (keep square)
- mirror on left hand cupboard doors only (not the two with the 'x' drawn on)
- 'secret doors': we are open to suggestions to make this look good when opened too as the 'cupboard appearance' doors are wider than the door opening.
Basically, we need elevations of anything we haven't already got, with hidden lines to show shelving/ rails within cupboards etc. No renders or 3D views required.
Ground floor skirting = 175, cornice = 200
First floor skirting = 144, cornice = 175
Second floor skirting = 144, no cornice
Shaker doors throughout.
Deadline including any minor revisions = Thur 21/02 @ 1200 GMT
