Job Title: Interior Design Catalogue Assistant (Freelance)
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer to assist our startup in the interior design industry.
You will support us by organizing data for various interior design materials, including tiles, marble, flooring, fabrics, and wallpaper. Your tasks will include downloading and resizing images, accurately labeling products, adding descriptions, and uploading the content to our system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain accurate data for various interior design materials
• Research and understand supplier catalogues and collections
• Download, resize, and label product images
• Add relevant product descriptions and information to the database
• Upload and manage the data in our system
Ideal Candidate:
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using tools such as AI software, Photoshop, and other image-editing tools
• Familiarity with interior design materials (tiles, marble, fabrics, etc.)
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Please Note:
This is not a creative design role—no sketching, CAD, mood boards, or renders are required.
Compensation:
Pay will be project-based and tied to the number of products catalogued or uploaded, not based on hours worked.
We’ll begin with a short initial project to assess fit and workflow. If it goes well, we’ll continue on a longer-term basis.
