Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
Interior and exterior design for a two-storey residential home. Here I enclosed are the floorplan of the premise and rough sketch of what i'm looking for in the finished product of the design. Additional documents will be provided.
Ground floor:
- to designate a parking garage at the west of the premise, to fit two cars comfortably. Garage space to link with the main living area. Roller shutter to be fitted. Parking garage is not air conditioned, tempered glass panels / doors to be fitted to divide the gym + work room and the main living area.
- original terrace to be removed to make way for parking garage
- ground floor guest room to be replaced by kitchen/washing. Prefer not to have L-shape countertops and cabinets. Create a wall opening to a view of the living area (i enclosed a rough sketch as well). Over the opening i'd like a dining area + miniature bar counter.
- the main doorway to the living area to be moved to the right side, right before a full height altar (a picture is included for reference).
- the red dotted lines are the new enclosed quarters, the green one remains open, as well as the car porch.
First Floor
- Bath 2 to be replaced as storage room
- bedroom 3 to be replaced as dressing room
- master bedroom to be extended across the balcony
- create a stairwell to the attic for plumbing maintenance.
I'm open to all suggestions and ideas you may have in along your designing process.
At the end of the project, I'd require the new floorplan with lighting and power socket points seperately , the specifications of every materials used, some 3d rendering photos of the interiors and exteriors of the premise, and a soft copy of the design files.
