INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR DESIGN

We are looking to add a part-time PAID Interior and exterior Design Intern who is passionate about developing a 3d residential rendering and modeling, and who loves working with people. Our focus is Residential 3d rendering and modeling, with an emphasis on Kitchens, Bathrooms, and whole home visualizations.

Our ideal candidate would be a self-motivated, energetic, and passionate design intern. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills for creative solutions to design process, problems, and detailing for construction coordination.

Responsibilities:
· Prepare drawings for all of phases of chosen design using Chief Architect
· Assist in presenting design concepts to owner
· Demonstrate proficiency for design and technical detailing
· Display fundamental knowledge of finish materials
· Coordinate with consultants and vendors about various products, orders, delays, etc.

Skills & Qualifications:
· Experience in residential remodeling (kitchens, baths, additions, etc.)
· Knowledge of 2020 Design and/or Chief Architect software for the production of presentation drawings, renderings, and contract documents
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
