I need to build an interactive website - partially done

I’ve been working with a student so the project is partially done but nowhere near finished. What I need to do is build a website where the client is able to upload photos of the furniture that they wish to be re-upholstered. Then through a number of filters they select the fabric of their choice, I have agreements from 10 fabric suppliers to show their products on the website and have a sub selection of about 1800 different designs & technical information. I then need the customer to be able to receive a sample of the fabric and request a quote for the works to be carried out including the cost of the fabric taxes and courier. I then need to be able to alert the customer of the quote when it has been calculated. Next the customer will accept the quote and pay online upfront. I have subscribed to stripe payment services. I then need to work out the logistics of collecting the furniture and returning the furniture to the customer in due course.
