AS I have the ARCHITECTURAL Plans done and approved for the enclosure of a Porch


Just need STRUCTURAL am maybe a little Electural


WIll like it done in 3 Days
Will need to have the ability to communicate in Easy to understand ACCENT

BEcasue after 3 weeks ( when I have submitted the drawings to our local Planning Dept ) You willl need to revise them until they age approved

I have attached the PDF of the current APPROVED Architectural DRaweres

PORCHE is 7 ft WIDE by 42ft LONG . I want to enclose it to put my Camera Studio Equipment in
So no Plumbing or Elect should be required

36 inch FRONT DOOR
36 inch SIDE DOOR

72 inch wide by 50 5/8 WINDOW to the EAST side
72inch by 50 5/8 HIGh windows to the WEST SIDe of the PORC

2x4 Metal or WOod Stud Framing
Exterior of Framing On the exteriour covered with YEllow or Green Board
Interior of Framing INside of this framing on the INSIDE of the porch to be covered with Sheetrock
Which i think you might call it by another name : gysum board?

Also put how and with what type of screens or boltsyou you will fasten Framing to floor etc
